Magdalena Maggy Antonio: KOROR- SMART CITY 2025, Republic of Palau

Connect me to Magdalena Maggy Antonio
The overall goal of the project is to house at least 25% of the internally displaced residents of Koror, with Eco-Friendly, Culturally Sustainable and Smart Housing - with Smart Social Infrastructure and Services. The responsible agency for the project is Koror State Government, and with collaboration of the National Government and the Koror Community. It is believed, that the housing development will help house the internally displaced residents as well as many residents. Koror have issues with scarcity of land, but still the rise in population is becoming dense, given Koror is the hub of Commerce and Trade, we now encourage vertical housing to sufficiently house the residents, yet they get to enjoy the sustainable, healthy and smart environment. TEAM: Maggy Antonio (Palau), RC Sakuma (Palau), Nezza Mendoza (Philippines), Nureke Uralbayev (Kazakhstan) and Muzaffer Avci (Turkey).
